COVID-19 Update

As per the Government of Ontario's update on May 14, 2020 it was shared that Animal services businesses, including pet sitting and dog walking services, are allowed to reopen as of May 19 2020.

In regards to the ongoing action plans being shared by all levels of government we at Chasing Squirrels Pet Services are fully onboard with proceeding with the following preventative measures at this time

Face masks and an unused pair of disposable gloves will be worn when entering our clients homes.
Initial meet and greets will respect social distancing measures, and will be assessed and implemented on an individual basis. We can also arrange for a video chat prior to meeting with your pet.
As always we can supply a disinfected harness and leash for dog walks. This service is optional and comes with a small fee.
As part of any home visit we will wipe down any surfaces we come in contact with utilising Lysol disinfecting wipes.

Chasing Squirrels Pet Services offers a full suite of care options to all species of pets with our unique personal touch in Toronto. Based out of the Oakridge neighbourhood we are a mobile company that will utilize our knowledge of the Downtown core, East York, the southeast parts of North York, the Beach region, and southwest Scarborough in order to ensure your best friend is treated like family.

We are a small group of experienced animal lovers that understands life can get busy sometimes and as pet owners we are fully aware that sometimes our extended family needs a little more attention than we can give them. In order to help you meet those needs we've set out to provide affordable and flexible dog walking and pet sitting services that provide you peace of mind.

We enjoy spending time with animals of all shapes, sizes, and species, and are looking forward to building stong relationships with our clients and their pets through our dedication and services. Whether that occurs via your young pup enjoying their time out while building social skills when meeting new dogs, ensuring your cat gets a fresh water refill and litter change or simply giving a few crickets to your favourite desert dragon we believe the job isn't complete if it hasn't been done with lots of love and care. For our clients' peace of mind we offer email and photo updates as an option throughout our entire list of services as well as the ability to contact your account manager directly.
